Learning Target: I can evaluate an exponential function.
Learning Target: I can solve an equation involving an exponential function.
Each group will be doing further exploration into the area of solving exponential equations. Below there are several links to videos and articles related to exponential equations. The group should divide up the links and create a set of notes over this material. I have attached a notes sheet that one of you should copy and share with your group if your group chooses to.
Use the Google Presentation as your study guide for this section's quiz on Monday May 13.

Tasks
Each partner must do each of the following (individual work): Each person will hand in their own worksheet. Please show your work. Partners should compare answers before handing it in. (Each worksheet is worth 10 points).

Word Problems (due Monday, May 13)
Together you will create 4 practice problems with their solutions and add them to the Google Presentation. (due Friday, May 10 by 3:10 PM)
P1: Create an exponential equation where students are to identify the movements based on the equation, or students are to write an exponential equation based on given translations.
P2: Create a questions where students are to evaluate an exponential equation, or identify the domain and range based on a given equation.
P3: Create an exponential equation to solve using the same base.
P4: Create an exponential equation to solve using different bases.
